We strive to ensure all prices on the Site are accurate; however, there may be instances of errors. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
4. Ordering and Payment
Requesting a Price
To order a Pilates reformer machine, customers must first contact us to request a price for the equipment they wish to purchase.
We will forward your order request to Cosmos Pilates, the manufacturer, who will provide the cost to produce the requested machine. Once we receive the manufacturer’s cost, we will provide you with a total price for the equipment, including shipping costs and any necessary fees.
If you wish to proceed with the order after receiving the quoted price, please confirm your acceptance and arrange payment via bank transfer. Payment instructions will be included with your quote.
Full payment must be made before the order is placed with the manufacturer. We will not proceed with manufacturing your machine until payment has been received.
After receiving your payment, we will send you an order confirmation and initiate the manufacturing process with Cosmos Pilates.

7. Warranty
The Products come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in handling any warranty claims.
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product. We do not accept liability for any consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of the Product.
8. Long Term and Rare Issues
Noise from the carriage or wheel adjustment issues
These can usually be resolved easily through a maintenance video or simple user intervention.Spring breakage
This may occur very rarely (approximately one in a thousand) due to manufacturing tolerances. In such cases, a replacement spring will be sent and the issue resolved.
9. Mid Term Issues if Precautions Are Not Taken
Upholstery deformation
If alcohol-based or chemical cleaners are used, the upholstery may deform. Upholstery must only be cleaned with lightly vinegared water or a damp cloth. Upholstery replacement resolves this issue.Rusting or damage to chrome and powder-coated metal parts
If abrasive or alcohol-based cleaners are used, the coating may be damaged or removed. Cleaning with a dry cloth is sufficient, as these areas are not frequently touched and do not present hygiene concerns.Examples include metal parts behind the shoulder blocks, the two-level spring holder system, and the footbar scissor mechanism.
These issues are not covered under warranty, as they occur only when harsh or abrasive cleaners are used. The issue may be resolved by recoating the parts in Türkiye at cost price after discussion with the customer.
10. Short Term and Common Issues
Stopper breakage
If instructors do not inform users to control and stop the carriage themselves, users may repeatedly stop the carriage by hitting the stopper. The stopper is designed only for emergency situations when control is lost. If under warranty, the stopper will be replaced and the instructor informed.Clothing dye transfer on coloured upholstery
With coloured upholstery, low-quality clothing worn by users may transfer dye. Cleaning may be attempted with synthetic thinner; however, if the stain cannot be removed, upholstery replacement will be required at the customer’s expense.Footplate upholstery tearing
If the rubber footbar is dropped forcefully onto the footplate upholstery, tearing may occur. This issue is resolved by replacing the footplate upholstery.
